We’ve always believed that God’s church is not a building, and that worship is more than singing songs! God says, ‘where two or more are gathered, there I am in the midst of them,’ which means that it doesn’t matter if it’s a mega church with flash facilities, car park attendants and hosts, or three people gathering together in someone’s house - God promises to be with us. Worship can be anointed songs sung by amazing singers and worship leaders, and it can also be a young girl who sings out of tune and can barely play guitar, singing to God in her bedroom - if it is love and gratefulness to God from the heart, it is worship. In the Old Testament, the Israelites sacrificed their best livestock to God as an act of worship, some people give all their possessions to those in need, and we worship Him when we give our tithes and offerings. Anything that we do intentionally with a heart to bless God, is worship to Him.
